Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery times:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

KELESHOP is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping.

- Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
